- Find it on your computer: Sign in to the online banking dashboard, hover over the Accounts tab, then click Accounts. Click on your checking account, then click the Account Details tab. The number is listed at the bottom.
- Find it on your phone or tablet: Open the Louisiana FCU mobile app and click on your checking account, then tap the Show Details button.

Should I withdraw cash in case my money becomes unavailable as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak?
As your financial partner, we assure you that you’ll have access to your funds either directly or electronically. At Louisiana FCU, your money is safe, sound, and insured up to $250,000 per depositor. Yes, these are scary times, but that doesn't mean you should drain your accounts and put cash under your mattress. The safest place for your money is inside a credit union or bank.
Will you waive my savings transfer fees if I make more than six transfers a month during the national emergency?
Due to federal regulations, we cannot adjust the number of savings account transactions. We encourage you to use your checking account for routine transactions.
What should I do if I’m unable to pay my loan?
We understand that this is a difficult time for our community. To help our members during the national emergency, we are waiving skip-a-pay fees for vehicle loans, personal loans, and lines-of-credit. Visit the Skip-A-Pay page to submit a request to skip an upcoming loan payment.
Can I pay my note with a credit card?
If you’d like to make your loan payment with a credit card, please call us at 985.652.4990. Have your credit card information ready and we will submit the payment for you.

Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Can I deposit a check if the branch is closed?
You sure can. There are three ways you can deposit a check without stepping foot in a branch.
Mobile deposit:
Mobile check deposits are fast, secure and free — Deposit checks from the comfort of your home with our Mobile App
Simply log in to the app and tap Deposit Checks to snap a photo of the front and back of your endorsed check.

ATM deposit:
Our ATMs never sleep — Deposit checks 24/7 at your local branch ATM or any one of our 30,000 CO-OP ATMs across the country. Find an ATM near you.
Night Drop:
Each branch has a night drop deposit box located next to the drive-up ATM. Members can place their deposit in the box and a teller will process the transaction within one business day.
How do I enroll in Online Banking?
Go to the online banking page and click the blue Register for Online Banking button. You’ll be redirected to a registration page where you can begin the process.

Where can I access my account information online?
Once you’ve registered for online banking, you’ll see an overview of your account on the Online Banking Dashboard. You can easily access more details on each account by clicking directly on the account.

How do I find my account number and routing number?
There are two ways to access your account and routing number.
On the Online Banking Dashboard, your direct deposit account number can be found by clicking the Account tab, then Account Details.
